Policies...
Orders cannot be canceled once placed. All sales are final. No cash refunds will be given. You will still be responsible for payment in full or you forfeit your deposit.
A 60% deposit is required for any item we are ordering. Deposits are non-refundable.
Balances on ordered items must be paid within 30 days of the item arriving in the store. After 30 days, a $1.00 per day storage fee will be added to the balance until the item is paid in full.
No alterations will be made until the balance is paid in full.
Due to varying dye lots, bridesmaid dress orders will not be placed until after the final bridesmaid has paid her deposit. All bridesmaids in the party are responsible for rush fees if deemed necessary due to late order.
Appointments must be made for alterations to ensure Janice is here and available.
When you come to your fittings please bring with you all undergarments and shoes you will be wearing the day of the wedding to assure a proper fit.
If you are buying a dress off the rack a 60% deposit is also required and the dress must be paid in full within 30 days and/or before any alterations are done.
